Suleiman has extensive experience in the role of Project Engineer / Engineer on a number of construction projects. He is adept in design, co-ordination, supervision and management. Previous experience at Logistics Engineering Ltd, Howard Humphrey’s (T) Ltd, M.A. Kharafi & Sons Construction Co have included experience in contractor compliance with specifications, compliance with national health and safety legislation, compliance with building regulations and final inspections. Suleiman holds a BSC. Eng (Hons) from Makerere University, Kampala, as well as a postgraduate certificate in Finance Management from the Institute of Finance Management, Dar es Salaam. He is a registered professional engineer with the Tanzania Engineers Registration Board.

Job Mwakayoka has extensive experience in the role of Project /Site Management/Clerk of Works on variety of construction projects ranging from Concrete foundation structures, Tailing dams & Ball mill Foundations in Geita & Shanta Gold Mines, Concrete shear walls, Warehouses, and Multi-storey Buildings to Industrial Building. He has previously worked with class one construction companies (both local and international) such as Wade Adams Construction (3 years), Skanska International (3 years) Caspian Ltd (7 years), and Logistics Engineering Ltd (2 years). He has a wide range of experience in Construction techniques, Quantity surveying, Analysis & Estimation of Builders Prices. He holds a diploma in Construction Technology with other trainings in project management, Microsoft Project and AUTOCAD.

Elly Mjahasi has over 35 years civil construction and road building experience with Grinaker (Apprentice to Projects Manager) and WJM Construction (Contracts Manager) in South Africa. Elly Mjahasi has extensive experience in Construction as Project Director on a variety of projects ranging from Effluent Treatment Plants to Brew-Houses. He consults extensively in concrete structural repair work for various Civil Engineering Consulting companies in East Africa and specializes in Construction Chemical Materials.

Ayaad has worked in the building industry for 11 years specifically in project design, management and construction. He has been involved in building projects such as NIC Pension Plaza, LAPF Millenium Tower, Novotel and Ibis hotels in Ethiopia. Ayaad hold his BSc Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers & Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania.

Matilda has worked in the building industry for 11 years specifically in project design, management and construction. She has been involved in building projects such as NIC Pension Plaza, LAPF Millenium Tower, Novotel and Ibis hotels in Ethiopia. Matilda hold her BSc Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam. She is a member of the Institute of Engineers & Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania.

Rogers has worked in the IT industry for 6 years specifically in network security.
