Malindi Zanzibar Passenger Harbour
The Malindi Zanzibar Passenger Harbour project involves the construction and upgrade of modern maritime infrastructure designed to improve passenger transport services in Zanzibar. The project focuses on enhancing safety, efficiency, and capacity at the harbour through the development of docking facilities, terminal buildings, waiting areas, ticketing offices, and supporting utilities.
Maruhubi Zanzibar RORO Port
The Maruhubi RORO (Roll-On/Roll-Off) Passenger Port project is designed to facilitate efficient vehicle and passenger ferry operations. The construction includes specialized RORO ramps, reinforced berthing structures, access roads, passenger terminals, and safety systems to ensure smooth loading and unloading of vehicles and travelers.
FARMBASE LTD
The FARMSABE LTD project involves the development of modern agricultural and agro-processing infrastructure to support large-scale farming operations. The construction scope includes production facilities, storage warehouses, administrative offices, utility installations, and supporting civil works.
CONSTRUCTION OF IRVINES TANZAZANIA FEEDMILL
The Construction of IRVINES Tanzania Feedmill project entails the development of a state-of-the-art animal feed production facility for Irvine's Tanzania Ltd. The scope includes civil works, structural steel erection, machinery foundations, storage silos, utility systems, and administrative buildings.
Tanfroz - Meat Processing Factory
Processing plant of international standards built in Export Processing Zone (EPZ), with two big Cold Rooms and Chicken Slaughtering facilities.
SBC(PEPSI) - PET Plant
The project involves construction of a new PET bottling hall, 12m high, spanning 34m with full width and length mezzanine floor and expansion on all existing infrastructures including a new double storey office building, Raw Material Storage building, Syrup room, Boiler and Chilling plant, Water Softening plants and Sugar Storage warehouse.
RTT - MSD Warehouses DSM, DODOMA & MBEYA
This is a USAID funded project comprising of Construction of a WIB (Warehouse in a box) for Medical Store Department in Dar es Salaam, Dodoma and Mbeya. Multistruct is the main contractor carrying out the civil, building and erection of steel structures.
Coca Cola Kwanza - Packaging Line 2 Building
The project involved construction of 6300m² storage warehouse, two raw material stores and concrete hardstand. MultiStruct was the main contractor for concrete foundations, hardstand, fabrication of steel structures and erection. It also included drainage systems and refurbishments of existing offices.
Unilever Kabambe - New Tea Factory
The project is a turnkey project for construction of new tea factory building, canteen, gate house, fire wood sheds and all external works such as roads and hardstand. It also includes construction of a 5km stretch of approach road from the main road.
Irvine Hatchery, Kerege - New Hatchery
This is a green field construction state of the art hatchery building, including external works. The building walls are sandwich panels which MultiStruct installed and was also responsible for fabrication of steel stuctures and all concrete works.
